Admission + Registration
Admission in our Summer Acting Training Program is by interview with an Admission Representative either in person or by phone. Please contact our Summer Representative at 1.888.645.0030 ext. 7338 to arrange your interview. Summer program applicants may audition for scholarship awards at an audition event near you or in New York City.
Space is limited in each section. To register, just complete our online application. Our Summer Representative will contact you shortly thereafter.
International student applicants are welcome and can study in the Summer Acting Training Program by first obtaining an F-1 student visa. The Conservatory is approved by the Department of Homeland Security to issue a Student Exchange and Visitor Information System (SEVIS) generated I-20 for the student applicant to submit when applying for an F-1 student visa.
Please click here to download the application for obtaining an I-20.
International students must meet all criteria for admission plus provide proof they have sufficient funds to complete the program. Applicants can and follow the instructions for the Summer Acting Training Program.
Funding must include travel expenses, living expenses and tuition. Sources may include personal funds and/or sponsorship from family, friends, and student aid from their country of citizenship. Upon receipt of this information and the application fee, an I-20 will be processed for the student. The student must then apply for a visa at the American Embassy or Consulate in their country of citizenship (NOTE: Citizens of Canada, Bermuda or residents of certain other islands described in 8 CFR 212.1(a), generally do not need a visa.)
In addition to the application materials, international students must prove they hold a valid passport.
F-1 students in the Summer Acting Training Program are not permitted to work off campus or to engage in any kind of business.
